ID of ticket by default. Could be a string from properties.

Yes it could be any string.

Add property in admin app WELCOME.ticket_qrcode_text You can insert tags #input and #id into value.

In welcome.peoperties:
#EN Barcode on the ticket (0/1/2), since v1.2.10 value 2 for QR.

i did what you said but the QR code only shows the ID number still I tried with #id, #input, and lastly an URL. and now the settings page will not allow me to delete the setting I input in there.

remove barcode_text. make ticket_qrcode_text as url.
